This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for retreat bookings, deposits, and membership plans.
We aim to maintain fairness, clarity, and respect for both our guests and our retreat team.

1. Retreat Booking Refund Policy

1.1 Deposits (Non-Refundable)

All retreat bookings require a deposit to secure your spot.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances as they cover preparation, scheduling, and retreat planning costs.

1.2 Full Payments

If you have paid the full retreat amount, the refund terms below apply:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before retreat:
    Eligible for 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before retreat:
    Eligible for 25% refund (excluding the deposit).
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before retreat:
    No refund available.

These policies help protect our team, facilitators, and retreat preparation process.

2. Cancellation by AyahuascaShamanRetreats.com

In the rare case we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances:

You may choose between:

  • Full refund of all payments made, OR
  • Free transfer of your booking to a future retreat date

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or personal expenses related to the retreat.

3. Membership Refund Policy

3.1 Monthly Memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)

Membership fees are non-refundable as members instantly receive access to exclusive content, discounts, and tools.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

3.2 Yearly Memberships

Yearly memberships are also non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.

4. Retreat Transfer Requests

If you are unable to attend your scheduled retreat:

  • You may request a one-time transfer to a future retreat.
  • Requests must be made at least 21 days before the retreat.
  • Transfer is subject to availability and does not guarantee a refund.

Transfer fees may apply depending on the retreat type.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your retreat without notice:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • No transfer or credit will be offered

This ensures fairness to facilitators and other participants.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen.
In cases of verified medical emergencies or critical events, partial credits may be considered at our discretion.
Documentation may be required.
